Children’s Storytelling Day 28th May

Bring your Children aboard sailing barge Centaur for an hour of Storytelling.

The fun filled hour will be led by professional Storyteller, Mike Dodsworth.

International Storyteller Mike Dodsworth is based in Essex and can be found sharing a global repertoire of stories anywhere an audience can or will gather. His storytelling style captivates audiences of all ages and nationalities and his performances, workshops and training are in demand from around the world. Subscribing to the idea that “Everyone is a Storyteller” he firmly believes that oral storytelling, an ancient form that pre-dates the written word, still has a vibrant part to play in all our lives.

This event is intended for KS2/age 7+ children. Unfortunately we cannot on this occasion accommodate younger siblings so only children of 7 years and over should be reserved a place. All children participating must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Where possible, please book for the appropriate time slot, either 10:30 or 11:45,13:30 or 14:45.

Entrance is by donation, but pre-booking is essential. Each session will last one hour.
