Sailing on Pudge is a great way to escape the everyday and step back in time. You are encouraged to get your hands on the ropes and feel like part of the crew. A phenomenal experience from start to finish.

The 2-night trip on Pudge was wonderful, and fun from start to finish. Great crew and shipmates. Basic but comfortable accommodation and good food. Most enjoyable hands-on experience working the boat with expert guidance from the lovely crew. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to another trip.

It’s a gentle, analogue experience, the most mindful thing you can do. Leave the phone the cabin and just be !

Barge sailing for everybody

This was a totally unique and fascinating experience, a first-hand encounter with a bygone age, which is still with me weeks later. The crew were also exceptional, lovely men, totally competent and involving everyone as much as they wished to be. They made the trip a delight.
